Star of the Sea (Stellis Maris)

 A botanical blue blend of Butterfly Pea, Chamomile, Chickweed, Lavender, and Vanilla that creates a violet-blue tea. The color shifts from blue to violet to pink with a citrus acid.

Ingredients: Butterfly Pea Flowers, Chamomile Flowers, Chickweed, Lavender, Vanilla

Brewing: Steep 1 tsp in 8 oz hot water for 5–7 minutes. Watch the color change (blue to violet). Add lemon juice for a pink color shift. Optional: Honey, sweetener, or milk. Hot or iced.
